Youth Camp  I

Monday June 12- Thursday June 15

Ages 6-12           9am-3pm     Cost $250

The Youth Day Camp is designed for players ages 6-12.  This focus of this camp is to teach fundamentals of the game of baseball.  Instruction will be offered in the areas of throwing, hitting, fielding, baserunning, pitching and catching.  Check in will begin at 8:30 on Monday June 12 and the camp will run from 9am – 3pm Monday through Wednesday and 9am-12pm on Thursday.  There will be a lunch break for campers between 12-1pm daily.  Campers will need to bring their own lunch.  Games will be played at the end of camp each day.

Father/Son Camp

Saturday June 17

Ages 6-12            9am-4pm                     Cost $150

The Father Son Camp is designed for players 6-12 and their fathers.  This is being offered the day before Father’s Day.   This is a great opportunity to spend valuable time with your son learning the fundamentals of baseball.  Instruction will be offered in the areas of throwing, hitting, fielding, baserunning, pitching and catching.  Check in will begin at 8:30 am on Saturday June 17 and the camp will run from 9am-4pm.   There will be a lunch break for campers between 12-1pm.  Campers will need to bring their own lunch.  This camp is open to mothers and grandparents as well.  Only 1 adult per camper. 

Team Camp

Friday June 30- Sunday July 2

Ages: Grades 9-12       Cost $1750 Team

The Team Camp is designed to prepare players for the opportunity to play baseball at the collegiate level. The level of information presented will be tailored for the serious baseball player.  This camp gives the opportunity for teams to play 3 games on UNCG Field.   Enrollment will be limited to the first 8 teams to sign up. 

Each team will play 3 games over three days.  All teams will take on-field batting practice and infield/outfield prior to one game.   A seminar will be given during the camp for parents and campers.  Areas of emphasis will be Promoting Your Son, NCAA Regulations on Recruiting, Clearinghouse Information, Arm Care and Strength and Conditioning. Parents and campers can ask questions and become more informed on the recruiting process and college baseball in general. 

UNCG coaching staff will run and instruct at this camp. College coaches from all levels will also be instructing at the camp (D1, D2, D3 and Junior College). The purpose of this camp is to instruct, inform and evaluate your ability to play at the next level.

COLLEGE PROSPECT CAMP

Saturday July 29-Sunday July 30

Ages: Grades 9-12   Cost $275

The college prospect camp is a two-day instructional day camp designed to prepare the camper for the opportunity to play baseball at the collegiate level.  The level of instruction will be tailored for the serious baseball player.  The camp will be held on the UNCG campus at the baseball field.

The camp will run Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 9am-1pm.   Each camper will receive quality instruction in the areas of pitching, hitting, fielding, catching and baserunning.  Games will be played with limits to pitch counts for pitchers.  Pitchers will be allowed to throw bullpens only if they choose due to summer games.  The focus of the camp will be geared to fundamentals and improving skills as a player.  The camp is open to all rising 9^th-12^th graders.
